PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

I have been involved in dentistry since leaving sixth from college and have expanded my role from dental nurse to clinician, working in both the NHS and private sector. I consider myself trustworthy and reliable and hold an immaculate attendance record.
Having spent over 13 years working in a fast-paced and ever changing dental environment, I have gained invaluable experience both surgery and theory based. My involvement in the dental lecture, training and seminar world, set precedent for my decision to return to full time education to study dental hygiene and therapy. I thoroughly enjoy my role within today's dental team as a dual qualified dental therapist and hygienist and pride myself on the quality of my work both functionally and cosmetically, and relish my position as an educator in the health care profession.
My time away from work is spent to the full, catching up with friends and family. I enjoy most sports, and have represented county and university levels in Netball and Basketball. I keep myself active today with regular aerobic and yoga sessions. I also enjoy travelling and combine this with my love of experiencing new cultures, foods and sights.
